Projet Interreg (BRIC)

 

Le projet BRIC (Building Resilience In flood disadvantaged Communities) a pour objectif de travailler avec les communautés locales pour améliorer leur résilience face aux inondations. Les publics cibles de ce projet sont, d’une part, les personnes éloignées du marché de l’emploi, et d’autre part, les personnes âgées.

The BRIC project (Building Resilience In flood disadvantaged Communities)  aims to work with local communities to improve their resilience to flooding. The target audiences of this project are, on the one hand, people remote from the labor market, and on the other hand, the elderly.

Le projet :

 Ce projet comporte plusieurs axes de travail :

- Co-création de réseaux de résilience : il s’agira d’identifier les publics cibles et de définir avec eux la gouvernance du réseau afin d’accroître la sensibilisation des participants face au risque inondation. Le bassin versant de l’Authie est identifié comme un des 8 sites pilotes du projet. Cela se traduira par la mise en place d’action de sensibilisation et de formation pour être conscient du risque et s’y préparer. Ces actions seront développées en lien avec le CEREMA.

- Développer et tester des outils d’innovation sociale et de résilience : l’objectif sera d’aboutir à une cartographie des « systèmes souples » (gouvernance, système social) en s’appuyant notamment sur une enquête appréciative suivant un processus participatif et inclusif. Cet axe de travail sera développé par le CEREMA et OGOXE côté français. Le CPIE aidera, d’une part, le CEREMA avec l’enquête appréciative, et d’autre part, Ogoxe à trouver des volontaires pour tester ses outils communautaires d’alertes personnalisées sur le bassin versant de l’Authie.

- Etablir un modèle de résilience pour l’innovation sociale. A partir de l’expérience du projet BRIC et de ses 8 sites pilotes, évaluer et conceptualiser le modèle de résilience construit au cours du projet BRIC. Ces outils seront disponibles sur la plateforme du projet.

- Un axe sur la gestion et mise en œuvre du projet.

- Un axe sur la communication sur le projet.

 

This project has several areas of work:

- Co-creation of resilience networks: this will involve identifying target audiences and working with them to define the governance of the network in order to increase participants' awareness of the risk of flooding. The Authie watershed is identified as one of the 8 pilot sites for the project. This will result in the implementation of awareness-raising and training actions to be aware of the risk and to prepare for it. These actions will be developed in partnership with CEREMA.

- Develop and test tools for social innovation and resilience: the objective will be to achieve a mapping of "flexible systems" (governance, social system) by relying in particular on an appreciative survey following a participatory and inclusive process. This line of work will be developed by CEREMA and OGOXE on the French side. The CPIE will help, on the one hand, CEREMA with the appreciative survey, and on the other hand, Ogoxe to find volunteers to test his community tools for individual alerts on the Authie watershed.

- Establish a resilience model for social innovation. Based on the experience of the BRIC project and its 8 pilot sites, assess and conceptualise the resilience model built during the BRIC project. These tools will be available on the project platform.

- A workpackage on the management and implementation of the project.

- A workpackage on project communication.
